who I am

hey y'all! i'm anna, the girl behind the camera. originally from southwest missouri, I found myself in the panhandle in 2019 when my husband and I decided on a whim to pack up everything and move to crestview, fl when his sister got stationed at hurlburt field.

when covid happened, we were broke. I was working a job I hated that didn't even pay my bills. my sister-in-law convinced me to join the air force, and in february 2021, I left for basic training. I booked a job that would quickly change my life- public affairs specialist. for six months I was professionally trained to be a photojournalist, broadcast journalist and proficient writer. my first duty assignment was washington, d.c., a place that opened many doors for me- professionally and personally.

how I got here

in 2022 we welcomed our son, Luca, into the world. I wanted to get newborn pictures taken of him, but when I was shopping around, the cheapest package I could find was $800. as a junior airman + young mom, I didn't have $800 laying around, so I took the pictures myself.. which sparked a thought. what if I could offer budget-friendly, yet quality photos for my community? so I did just that.

flash forward to 2024, I just recently re-enlisted for four more years in the world's greatest air force. I am now stationed in the beautiful florida panhandle, and in my spare time, still enjoy providing affordable photography to our locals and our tourists.
